[ View/Ask ]We have old concession/kitchen type items at the Peoria Sports Complex (16101 N. 83rd Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85382) that we need to sell and have picked up in a timely manner. All of these items need to be paid for and picked up no later than June 24th. No exceptions, if you cannot fulfill this please do not bid on these items.
These items are extremely large and a large truck and manpower will be needed on your end. The city will not provide any assistance on their end.

These items are offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Surplus Property (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchant ability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
City of Peoria may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Peoria.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
The City of Peoria will charge a sales tax of 8.1%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. The City of Peoria will not provide labor.
Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
