It is 56 feet X 24 feet, with an approx. total size of 1,344 Square feet. includes an entrance, open room, laundry, kitchen, 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a living area. The property is disconnected from all utilities and is sold as is, no warranties expressed or implied, hauling away and transporting from current location is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the optional property showing to inspect the home prior to submitting a bid on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on site at 25555 Bundy Canyon Road, Menifee, CA 92584.
