Payment: Payment is due at the time of pick-up. We only accept credit (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) or debit cards. Cash, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal or business checks are not accepted. Online payments are not permitted.
TAX & BUYER PREMIUM: 8.375% Sales tax is applicable on all items unless a resell license is on file with our office BEFORE the end of the sale. A Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the final sale price per auction for payment collection.
Payment and pick up transaction must be completed within 10 business days of the auction's end.
All property is sold "as is, where is" without any warranties, express or implied. Solano County reserves the right to withdraw any items from the sale. The buyer is responsible for packing, loading, handling, and hauling; County employees are unable to assist.
