Pick-ups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment ONLY. Buyers are entirely responsible for bringing the necessary tools, equipment, and labor to load their items. The seller does NOT have staff or equipment available to assist with loading.

San Dieguito Union High School District will charge sales tax of 7.75%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises within ten (10) business days after notification of award. Sale of all surplus property is offered as is without warranty. Auction items are sold as is, where is.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading and transporting any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. No service of any kind will be furnished by the district.
