The Medeco XT Rim & Mortise electronic cylinders are a direct replacement for mechanical Rim cylinders and is ideal for Loss & Liability management. The cylinder requires no wiring to the door and is powered by the Medeco XT rechargeable key (sold separately). The cylinder is designed for interior and exterior use with an operating temperature rating of -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.Flexible authorization, auditing of use and quick retrofit to existing hardware are all in one convenient package.
Medeco XT is a complete electronic locking system providing Controlled Access, Accountability, Physical Security, and System Management. More than just a way to protect your property, equipment and assets, Nexgen XT is also a business tool that can lead to a substantial return on investment.
Controlled Access - Keys are electronically programmed to open only specific locks during a designated schedule. Schedules may also contain an expiration point to completely disable the key until it is audited and reprogrammed.
Accountability - Audit information recorded in both the lock and key shows a time-and-date stamped record of every event, including authorized accesses and unauthorized attempts.
Electronic Rekeying & Scheduling - Respond quickly to security threats, lost or stolen keys, or personnel changes without the added cost of changing your locks and keys.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Englewood Schools may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
