Item must be professionally removed from site by winning bidder.
Winning bidder must have licensed mover to remove building.
Access to area is through a parking lot and grass.
Winning bidder is responsible for any damage to property during removal.
Chain link fence and fence posts will be removed at time of building removal. Shown in picture with red lines
Sale includes ONLY the building and attached metal frame. All interior items will be removed before pickup and are NOT included in the sale.
