You are bidding on a pallet of Electronics.  They include all of the things on the list attached:

You are getting what is on the pallets.  Please come and see what you are bidding.

All hard drives removed.  These are at city hall and yes, you have to call me to make an appointment to see them.  Once purchased, you will have 10 business days to make arrangements with me to pick up the items.  If you show up without making an appointment, do not be surprised if you are unable to get your items that day.  LCG will not ship this item. See below for UPS shipping information.  Please make arrangements to come view them ahead of time, they are in all different conditions.  If you do not understand anything in this listing, please contact me at 337-291-8260.  Ask for Shawn.

Everything should be considered "used in unknown condition" unless stated otherwise. Verifying description/condition is bidders responsibility. *All items are sold "AS-IS", no refund, no guarantees. 

***SHIPPING AND HANDLING*** Lafayette Consolidated Government is NOT responsible for preparing, packaging, or shipping any items that we sell. BIDDER is responsible for this. The winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e. dolly, pallet jack, forklift, etc.), and vehicles (truck size/type) for pickup. No equipment or manpower will be supplied by LCG. Arrangements can be made with our local UPS store for packaging and shipping of the items. The contact person for that store is Danny Landry and his number is 337-232-2442. The winning bidder is responsible for ALL shipping costs. 

**If you choose to pick up the item yourself please try to provide at minimum 24 hours advance notice before arriving. Our hours for pickup on this item are 8:30am to 3:00pm Monday - Friday.

**Please note that no Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government employee nor a member of their immediate family can bid on an LCG auction item.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.

Bid Deposits: Lafayette Consolidated Government may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac handles all payments for Lafayette Consolidated Government.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

Lafayette Consolidated Government will charge a sales tax of 9%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Lafayette Consolidated Government will not release the item to you.
