ou are bidding on a case of nine (9) tubes of DAP Alex Ultra 230 Premium Indoor/Outdoor Sealant. This elastomeric latex sealant is designed for a variety of applications around the home, including windows, doors, and siding. It provides a crack-proof, watertight seal, is permanently flexible, and can be painted over. The product is also formulated to fight the growth of stain and odor-causing mildew. Each tube contains 10.1 fl. oz. (300 mL).

This is a great opportunity to get a full box of sealant for your next home improvement project.

Condition and Disclaimer: This item is being sold "as is" with no refunds or returns. The exact age of the product is unknown. While the tubes appear to be full and unused, we cannot guarantee the sealant's consistency or performance due to its uncertain age. Please bid accordingly. See photos for the exact condition of the product and packaging.

 

Everything on our site is listed in "AS Is" condition- we offer no guarantees of working condition. We offer NO SHIPPING. Everything is Pick up only. Pick up hours are M-Th 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm.

If you arrive to the warehouse without an appointment, we make no guarantee that we can assist you. If item is not removed from our facility in 10 days, it will be relisted or disposed of.

PayMac handles all payments for Washtenaw Community College.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Washtenaw Community College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
