  1. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP! I will send you an email after you've paid to let you know when your item(s) is ready for pickup.
  2. Pickup is between 8-3, M-F. This is when the warehouse is open. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping can be arranged through the UPS Store @ 763-494-9440. Ask for Gopal. Shipping can only be done to the address that is on file with Public Surplus! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Removal: Bidder must remove auction item(s) within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right to retain any and all payments and re-list the auction.

Abandonment of Item: Auction items paid for but not picked up within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award will be considered abandoned. ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools will have the ability to re-list any and all items designated as abandoned with no refund being provided to the user.

Non-paying bidder: If you win an auction(s) and do not follow through with payment within five (5) business days, the item(s) will be relisted and you will be blocked from bidding on future ISD 279 - Osseo Area Schools auctions. Please be advised.

The buyer agrees not to reintroduce and use the equipment inside District facilities. There is no district software or hardware technical support available for this equipment. If you have a problem, please call a computer repair shop. Osseo School District Technology Help Desk will not be able to address your problems.

Standard Disclaimer for Osseo Area Schools, ISD 279:

Viewing and pick-up of auction items by appointment only.

Bid Deposits: Osseo Area Schools, ISD 279 may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, handles all payments for Osseo Area Schools, ISD 279.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

A sales tax rate of 9.025% will be charged.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s) from agency's premises within ten business days after notification of award. Items not removed within this time frame are considered abandoned. Agency reserves right to retain all payment made and re-list item.

The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.

Successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting.
