This vehicle was seized in April of 2021 for an alcohol related offense. The vehicle was involved in a minor crash resulting in minor damage (front passenger side). The odometer was also not working at the time the vehicle was seized so it is unknown how many miles are on the vehicle. The driver's side windows were also not working so they have been down for the duration of the time the vehicle was impounded. The vehicle was running at the time it was seized. Since the vehicle was seized it has sat in an outside storage facility.
No attempts have been made to start the vehicle but the battery is dead. There are also flat tires on the vehicle. The vehicle has rust in several spots (see pictures for details).
It is unknown if the vehicle will move under its own power and will need to be towed from the lot. No service work/repairs will be permitted on site. Please plan accordingly for removal. The vehicle comes with a title and key.
The Lakes Area Police Department encourages individuals interested in the vehicle to inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspections and property loadouts are conducted by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please contact the Lakes Area Police Department at (651)257-0622.
