These machines have had their HDD/SSDs REMOVED (SSD Cradle are still in them)

Devices are USED, and sold as is. Some features may not be functional. Buyer assumes ALL risk.

Buyer is responsible for the pickup, packing, loading, and transport of the items. Wright County does not supply boxes, and cannot utilize prepaid shipping labels.

Standard Disclaimer for Wright County, MN:

1. Condition & Liability
- "As-Is" Sale: All items are sold "as-is", "where-is" without warranties. All sales final; no returns or refunds.
- Inspections: Item viewing is by appointment only. Bidders must inspect items prior to bidding. The County does not guarantee disclosure of all defects.
- Liability: The County assumes no post-sale liability for functionality or use. The buyer accepts full responsibility upon winning.

2. Fees & Payments
- Costs: A 10% Buyer's Premium ($1 minimum) and 7.375% sales tax apply where applicable. Wright County may require bid deposits.
- Terms: Payments are processed via PayMac for PublicSurplus.com. Wire transfer or credit card only; cash, checks, or money orders are prohibited.
- Deadline: Full payment is due within 5 business days of the Notice of Award. Non-payment results in item relisting and forfeiture.

3. Pick-Up & Abandonment
- Removal: Items must be removed within 10 business days of the Notice of Award. Paid items left past 10 days are deemed abandoned and relisted without refund.
- Logistics: Pick-up is Mon-Fri, 8am-3pm (excluding holidays) by appointment only. Buyers must present the Notice of Award, payment receipt, and ID.
- Titles & Shipping: Vehicle titles must be transferred at the Wright County License Center on pick-up day. Buyers handle all packing, loading, and shipping; the County does not ship.
