The VGo Personal Robot was a mobile telepresence robot that allowed a remote user to have a physical presence in a distant location through a PC or Mac. It featured a camera, screen, and microphones, enabling the user to see, hear, talk, and move around as if they were physically there. Designed for use in various settings like schools, hospitals, and businesses, the VGo aimed to increase productivity and reduce travel by allowing individuals to attend events, classes, or meetings remotely.

  • Telepresence: 
    Replicated the user's presence through a mobile robot, acting as a virtual avatar. 
     
  • Control: 
    Fully remote-controlled via a PC or Mac application, with users controlling the robot's movement and functions. 
     
  • Mobility: 
    Could move around indoor environments, navigate changes in flooring, and had a top speed of 4 km/h.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

Successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days by appointment only after notification of award unless otherwise specified in auction listing. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
