This auction is for a mixed bulk lot of orthopedic and athletic-training soft-goods. These items were previously used by Clemson Athletics for injury management, support, and rehabilitation.
The lot includes assorted new-old-stock, partially opened, and used but stored soft-goods. Items are assorted and not individually inventoried.
Visible items in the lot include (examples from photos):
- Multiple Breg boxed items (labels visible on packaging)
- Assorted arm, wrist, and ankle bracing components
- Pro 280 XXL Heat Back Support (still bagged)
- Night splint (box shows “Phantom Dorsal Night Splint”)
- Various compression sleeves, wraps, and soft braces
- Straps, Velcro wraps, support panels
- Additional mixed medical soft-goods stored in bags, bins, and boxes
Condition
- UNTESTED & UNSORTED — Sold strictly as a mixed bulk lot.
- Some items are sealed, some partially opened, and some show visible storage wear.
- Only items shown in photos are included.
- AS-IS / WHERE-IS, no guarantees on completeness, sterility, size availability, or functionality.

Even if not redeployed as medical devices:
1. Athletic Training & PT Programs
- Useful for demo/practice, taping instruction, brace-fitting training
- Great for student education in kinesiology, athletic training, or sports medicine
2. Makers / Fabricators
- Velcro, padding, straps, and foam pieces can be repurposed for:
- Costume building
- Robotics padding
- Custom gear bags
- DIY support harnesses
3. Facility / Program Stock
- Useful as spare parts, prototype bracing components, and temporary training-room supplies
4. Emergency Preparedness / Field Kits
- Non-sterile support items are great for rigging field splints, temporary stabilization, and practice kits
Removal / Shipping Options:
The buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping, and transportation arrangements. The surplus office does not ship items.
Local Pickup:
Pickup by buyer or authorized third party is permitted.

Note: The university will release the item to UPS Store or PakMail once the buyer provides written authorization. All packing, transport, and shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
Clemson University may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Clemson University.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Clemson University will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours, by appointment only, are normally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM EST except for university holidays or noted otherwise. Most surplus property is located at Clemson University Surplus and Receiving 108 Perimeter Rd Clemson SC 29634 but some items may be at other university locations across the state of South Carolina.
