							This listing is for a 2012 IC Corporation bus. Issues/problems include, but are not limited to these: A/C front and rear inop,  seat repairs, 1st seat seat belt cut, body fluid kit, side of bus turn signals inop, rock chip in windsheild, floor bubbled up in front, left a/c comp locked up, trans pan leaking, overheats when driven over 55 on trips,  rear air bags severely cracking, bad batteries. Buyer must be prepared to jump vehicle or tow it away if necessary. No warranty is expressed or implied; being sold AS IS.

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship their item(s). You are expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you will need to bring someone with you.
Appointments/ Pick-ups are Mon-Thur 8:00am. to 2:00pm. 
 
 The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from the warehouse.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Wichita Falls ISD may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
