Description
Condition: GOOD
Lot of two framed prints featuring a nature photo and an inspirational word and quote:
 
First is a framed motivational poster featuring a photo of Arches National Park, the word "Vision", and the quote, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams" by Eleanor Roosevelt. The piece is behind plexiglass. The frame has some scratches. It measures 29.5" x 24".
 
Second is a framed motivational poster featuring a tree by a lake at sunset, the motivational saying, "Prosperity: Keep a green tree in your heart and perhaps the singing bird will come." The piece is behind glass. There are little white spots behind the glass, which will likely come off if the piece is removed from the frame and the glass is cleaned. It measures 30" x 24".

PayMac handles "ALL PAYMENTS" for the Canyons School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Canyons School District may charge sales tax. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 8.5% Buyer Premium shall be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: The Canyons School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
