winning bidder must take all playground equipment we will not disassemble or haul off any of the playground. We will also give you more then 5 days to remove playground 
pickup must me scheduled with James Montgomery (801) 430-1352 pickup times are Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

PAYMENT: 

 Items must be paid for within 5 business days of the closing date of the auction.

ITEM PICK UP:  

Items must be removed from Ogden School District Premises within 5 Business days of the Notification by Public Surplus  of receipt of payment.
The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up.
The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from Ogden School District Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup.  Due to liability District personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.

PayMac handles all payments for Ogden City School District.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 8.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Ogden City School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
