PayMac, LLC handles all payments for Box Elder School District. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.

Buyers Premium: A 8% (for property) or 10% (for all other items shall be added with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. Utah State Sales Tax of 6.9% will be charged on all sales unless an exemption certificate is provided by the buyer.(Making a total of 16.5% surcharge.)

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Box Elder School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

All items are AS IS, NO WARRANTY! First come first serve. If this item is not picked up at the specified site within 10 days from the close of auction, it may be sold at this site or to anyone willing to pay the winning bid price or to the next highest bidder.
