Remember - Your bid is the same as a contract. Please only bid on an item that you are serious about buying. A winning bid constitutes a legally binding contract.
Successful bidder will pay online by credit card or wire transfer within 5 business days of notice of award and pick up within 14 days of notice of award. All items are sold "as is, where is", with no warranty. All Sales Are Final with no refunds. All conditions are best approximations. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part. All items are sold as “Caveat Emptor,” or “Buyer Beware.”
The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up or the item will not be released. Arrangements for date and time of pick up must be made in advance at 435-867-7547 OR EMAIL: Lkim@ironcounty.net
You are expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift your items, you will need to arrange for help. Employees will not assist.
Equipment purchases bid upon but not picked up within fourteen (14) days will be forfeited and re-listed on the auction site and the buyer will be BLOCKED from future bidding.
All bids are binding. Buyer is responsible for loading & pickup. NO loading assistance will be provided, regardless of "condition" of item. We do not ship items; items are available for local pickup only. If you require shipping you must arrange pickup, packaging, insurance and delivery charges with the carrier of your choice within 14 days of the successful bid.

PayMac handles all payments for Iron County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Iron County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.
Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
