2005 Polaris ATV.  Runs, see pictures for condition.  **Sprayer NOT included**

All sales are final. All items sold “as-is”, without guarantee or warranty. Under no circumstances will a refund, exchange or adjustment be made due to the property failing to meet buyer’s expectations.
Possible cosmetic damages due to use. Please carefully review all photographs for condition. Items will show signs of use. All known information regarding this item has been provided in the auction description. *We encourage you to inspect the items yourself before placing a bid.

Appointment for viewing and pick up will need to be made.

Juab School District (JSD) does not ship, nor prepare items for shipping including weighing, packaging, labeling, wrapping or palletizing.
No preparation for haul away for any item including vehicles will be made by JSD staff.
Removal, including labor to lift and load and/or equipment, is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

Pickup will be no later than 5 days after payment received.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Payment shall be made online by credit card, or wire transfer. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.

Juab School District may require a bid deposit.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for Juab School District.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Juab School District may charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
