NO prospective buyers will be allow to bid if already blocked by one or more Government Agencies listed in the prospective buyers Public Surplus profile.

Removal of the modular classroom:

The winning bidder is responsible for all costs to remove and transport the modular classroom unit from the site.

Winning bidder must send Jeff Hammer via E-mail all modular classroom moving documents required by government agencies for review.

The winning bidder cannot demolish the modular classroom unit while the modular classroom unit is at the storage site.

Winning bidder must acquire ALL necessary PERMITS and be prepared to coordinate moving the modular classroom unit with Seattle Public Schools representative and SDOT for local streets and WSDOT for state regulated roadways.

Winning bidder will be responsible for sales tax and removal of the modular classroom unit per Seattle Public Schools specific instructions.

Winning  bidder will pay Seattle Public Schools $ 1000.00 each day the entire modular classroom is not removed from the storage site from CALENDAR days of auction closing.

Seattle Public Schools may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Seattle Public Schools.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within three (3) calendar days after notice of award.

Seattle Public Schools will charge appropriate sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within four (4) calendar days after notification of award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
