The University disclaims all warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Descriptions of items appearing in this online auction are believed to be correct.
The Buyer is responsible for and will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for pickup. This includes disassembly, packing, loading, securing and transporting the property. Buyer must have appropriate personnel, tools, and vehicle for pickup. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, shipping, or the pickup. Buyer agrees to hold harmless the University, its Trustees, Officers, Agents, and Employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may result from Buyer's pickup.
Regarding pickup, Buyer has ten (10) business days after auction ends to pick up item(s) from Sellers premises. After payment is received, Buyer needs to provide a minimum of three (3) business days notice to Seller to schedule pick up. Buyer must bring to the pick-up location the "Paid Receipt" and government issued identification. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (EST).

Bid Deposits: Florida Gulf Coast University may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for Florida Gulf Coast University.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Florida Gulf Coast University will charge a sales tax, if applicable, calculated at the time of bidding.
All vehicles have no tag, registration, or insurance. You must pay sales tax to the DMV when vehicle is registered.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. All items are sold "As-Is". Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
