Auction items are stored on pallets and are NOT secured, crated, or shrink-wrapped. If the buyer intends to ship the auction items, then the buyer must make arrangements with a company that will crate, shrink-wrap, or secure the auction items prior to shipping. County staff will not perform the above tasks. Shipping arrangements, loading, vendor selection, and all costs associated with removing the units off County property shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. County is not responsible for auction items rejected by trucking companies for any reason.

Placer County is a public entity and does not provide a smog certificate.
