Pick-Up Procedures
Pick-up cannot be made until the City receives payment from Public Surplus.
To emphasize, the soonest you can pick up this item is September 19th.
If you pay by September 15th, your pick-up window is from September 19th to October 10th.
Delaying payment will delay your pick-up window.
Pick-up Instructions:
- You must bring personal identification, such as a Driver's License, to the pick-up location, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you.
- Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located.
- The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with all faults without any warranty whatsoever. Personal inspection is highly recommended.
Bid Deposits: the City of Everett may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac handles all payments for the City of Everett. Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfers or credit cards.
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
The City of Everett will charge a sales tax of 9.9% on all non-vehicle auctions.
Buyer Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium, if applicable, will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer of receipt of payment via email.
Pick-up can only be made once the City receives payment from PayMac. This will occur by the Friday following when payment was made.
The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up the item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after the City receives payment from PayMac. The City will not ship items. You'll need to provide identification at pick-up, or the item will not be released. Pick-up times are available from 8:30 to 4:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
