Due to the size and weight of the items, it's recommended that the successful bidder should bring people to help load the items onto their vehicle. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City, and the successful bidder shall be responsible for weighing, packaging, crating, loading and hauling items. The City does not ship or permit freight pick-ups on site.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to condition, usability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The City of Arcadia does not test or inspect the item for markings or working conditions.
Pick-up by appointment is required and only in person by the winning bidder. Pick-up times are only available for mornings on Mondays and Thursdays. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
By submitting a bid, bidder agrees for and on behalf of bidder, bidder's heirs, successors and assigns that bidder shall indemnify and hold City of Arcadia harmless against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any item of surplus property, including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damage.
Bidders violating these terms will not be issued a refund and will be blocked from future auctions.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
