Prowler easement machine. Portable hose real machine for sewer/culvert/pipe flushing.  1993 Model Onan Performer 24XSL 2-cylinder gasoline engine, 30,976 HRS. on meter Unknown if meter is accurate. Motor ran and machine operated when stopped using 2 years ago. Comes on trailer. Trailer has good tires, lights work and has a pintle hitch. Ser# 1B9UT1113P1245103

An appointment must be made to pick up item. No standard hours available.

Buyer is responsible for payment within 7 days of the auction's end. Buyer MUST make arrangements to transport unit. If buyer does not remove
within 30 days of auction's end, buyer forfeits payment, and the item will be relisted.   

Sales Tax should be added to the winning bid unless a current California reseller's permit is provided.

County employees shall not either directly or indirectly participate in the purchase of surplus property if the employee is responsible for surplus declarations, the acceptance of an offer, or assigned to the surplus program within the Procurement Division.  In addition, members of the Board, the County Executive Officer, County Counsel shall not either directly or indirectly participate in the purchase of surplus property.

Inspection of Vehicles by appointment only on Wednesdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Inspection of Non-Vehicle items by appointment only on Thursdays 9:00 am until noon. Vehicle pick-up REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT (Pick up is Thursdays from noon until 4:00 pm). Non-vehicle auctions REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT (Thursdays 9:00 am until noon).


Nevada County may require a bid deposit to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac handles all payments for Nevada County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.


Nevada County will charge the applicable sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Nevada County will not release the item to you.
