This 1993 Simons LTI suffered a catastrophic engine issue when the Detroit Diesel Engine lost the head gasket, allowing the antifreeze to mix with the engine oil and causing the engine to overheat, which ruined the motor. The Drive shaft has been removed for transport. The tires are new. 11,605 miles, 475.7 engine hours, 663.4 Aerial hours.

The absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. We strongly encourage you to inspect the Vehicle/Equipment before you bid.
The viewing and pickup of this equipment are by appointment only. Please call to make arrangements. This piece of equipment is located in a secure area on Town property.
We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all vehicles of interest as most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Radios and any other special equipment previously added may be removed from the vehicle.
*There are no test drives during viewing*
**Winning Bidders**
1. Pick-ups MUST be scheduled during hours of operation.
2. Must tow non-running vehicles.
3. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible.
4. No maintenance will be allowed on Town property.
5. We do not provide temporary tags.
6. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. If someone other than the bidder is picking up an item, please send an authorization with a picture ID (Driver's License) and a letter or email authorizing the third party to pick up your auction.
All Town District logo markings and license plates will be removed from vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.

Town of SEABROOK may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Town of SEABROOK.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
