All sales are final-no refunds. The City offers the real property for sale where is, as is, without any warranty, expressed or implied. The bidder/buyer has sole responsibility to determine the condition, function, and perceived or assumed value.

Certain City employees/officers and their spouses cannot bid at the sale. Those City employees/officers cannot bid as an agent of someone else. An agent cannot bid for any such City employee/officer or their spouse.

All parcels for sale are subject to any easements, liens, taxing districts assessment liens, and federal liens, whether known or unknown. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to: 1) easements of record including public utility easements and public right-of-way easements; 2) the State's reservation of mineral rights or mineral rights which may otherwise be reserved of record; 3) Local Improvement District (LID) Liens as provided by law; 4) abatement to "special assessment liens"; and 5) other interests preserved as a matter of law.

The City and auctioneer will add a 5% Buyer Premium ($1 minimum premium) per auction to the final sale price.

Bidders/buyers must make payment within 7 calendar days of the close of auction.

Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. The City and auctioneer will not accept cash, checks, or money orders. The City or auctioneer will process payments through PayMac, a third-party payment processing company. Public Surplus will notify buyer that it received payment.
