The Super Polecat was designed for hostile industrial environments. Simplicity of design, ease of operation and maintenance are key features. Your Super Polecat unit features stainless steel and epoxy coated carbon steel components to resist corrosive materials in your environment.
The Super Polecat Evaporator uses fan and nozzle technology to propel a mist over a distance up to 225ft (70m)
The Super Polecat Evaporator utilizes a ducted fan with an efficient water spray manifold and nozzle system. The most effective evaporation is attained by using higher water pressures and the proper selection of water nozzles for the prevailing weather conditions.
The spray manifold consists of a main water manifold with 30 nozzles. A simple quick disconnect system allows the feed hose to be easily connected to the pump.
A 3-wheel A-frame carriage with tube in sleeve pivot to allow easy rotation of the fan position and no oscillation. The carriage features two anchoring and placement jacks, a pintle hook for towing the hose cart, and a pivoting front wheel with towbar.
The ducted fan mounts to a yoke through pivot pockets. Vertical adjustment of the ducted fan is accomplished with a manually operated head jack.
