4-door, 4WD, CC, AC, PW, PDL.  Residual glue on the body from removed decals.  Some scratches, dings, and road chips on the hood, front & rear bumper, front driver & passenger door, and rear driver's door, as well as other damage as pictured.  There are dents on the hood, the driver 's-side front & rear doors, and the passenger door, as well as other panels as pictured.  There is a good bit of corrosion on the front lip of the hood, as pictured.  The headliner above the passenger seat and the dashboard have holes where cameras were installed.  The headliner has some scratches, gouges, and a hole from use, as shown in the photos.  There are holes in the center console from where a radio was mounted.  There are six (6) holes in the roof from antennas that had silicone applied to seal them.  The wheels have scratches.  The front and rear seats have stains.    

Payment must be received within (5) business days from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com, and complete removal of all items must be made within 10 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Buyer to pay all title transfer fees. Title transfer hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and an appointment must be made prior to arriving.  If the buyer listed on Public Surplus will not be here to sign the title, appropriate release paperwork must be submitted before scheduling pickup. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

CATA will charge a sales tax of 6.0%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
