- We have done our very best to list all defects or issues and provide pictures thereof however, auction item may have additional defects or mechanical issues ECSD is not aware of. Failure on our part to not mention unknown defects does not mean there are none. Anticipate normal wear and tear on all vehicles and or equipment.
- ECSD has no opinion on a vehicle's road worthiness nor do we have an opinion on just how far it may "make it down the road".
- We highly encourage you to inspect auction item before placing bids.
- Maintenance records are available for all vehicles as all have been under a maintenance schedule from first day of service.
- License plates have been removed. You will need to provide your own transportation tags.
- ECSD can not permit you to do any maintenance or repair work of any type on any auction items. Non-running vehicles must be towed so please show up prepared with trailer ready to do so, it will be your responsibility to bring any equipment, tools and or man power to aid in loading vehicles / equipment. We reserve the right to cancel any winning bid if these requirements are not followed.
