2003 FORD WINDSTAR VAN. STARTS, DRIVES AND SHIFTS AS IT SHOULD. HEAT WORKS, AC HAS A LEAK AND NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. ODOMETER IS ONLY DISPLAYING DASHES,READING PRIOR TO SALE WAS 160,717. INTERIOR IS WORN AND DIRTY. EXTERIOR HAS CHIPPING PAINT WITH VARIOUS DENTS, DINGS AND SCRATCHES. THERE IS A 5 DAY WINDOW TO PAY AND SCHEDULE PICKUP FOLLOWING AUCTION CLOSE. VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY. Per Virginia Code § 2.2-3110 A. (7), City employees are limited to a $500 maximum contract amount, including any buyer premium and state/local sales and/or use tax, per item. This also applies to any family member living in the same household. If any employee is found to have been awarded an auction on an item over $500, the award will be canceled. Employees should not bid during their working hours.
