1990 JOHN DEERE CRAWLER EXCAVATOR. BATTERY'S ARE DEAD, WILL NEED TO BE JUMPED OFF OR REPLACED. ALL HYDRAULICS WORK AS THEY SHOULD. TRANSMISSION OPERATES AS IT SHOULD. SWING TURN TABLE GEAR BOX AND HOSES WILL NEED TO BE REBUILT. DOES HAVE STICKING POINTS WHEN TURNING TABLE. THERE IS A 5 DAY WINDOW TO PAY AND SCHEDULE PICKUP FOLLOWING AUCTION CLOSE. VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY.  Per Virginia Code § 2.2-3110 A. (7), City employees are limited to a $500 maximum contract amount, including any buyer premium and state/local sales and/or use tax, per item. This also applies to any family member living in the same household. If any employee is found to have been awarded an auction on an item over $500, the award will be canceled. Employees should not bid during their working hours.
