This machine has met its useful life with the county.

Overall mechanical condition is fair.
Mileage as of April 2026 is 9,607 miles and 2,459.1 hours.
The rack frame was cracked and re-welded. The frame under the seat was cracked and re-welded. The left handle bar is bent. The head light cover is broken. The gas tank cover is cracked.

The Modoc County Department of Agriculture’s operating hours for appointment or pick-up are Monday – Thursday from 7:00AM – 3:30PM. Please contact the department to schedule an appointment by calling (530) 640-0809. If you show up without an appointment, please be advised that you may be refused service and asked to return with an appointment.
The county does NOT ship. Buyer is strictly responsible for removal and transportation of item(s).
Item(s) must be removed from the property within 10 business days of auction end time or the item(s) will be considered forfeited property, and the County Department can resell the item(s).

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Modoc County Agriculture Department will charge a sales tax of 7.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
