The Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements and performing all work necessary for the removal of purchased property, including packing, loading, and transportation. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.
If the item cannot be safely handled by one person, the Buyer must bring adequate assistance at the time of pickup. No labor, tools, or equipment will be provided onsite.

All property is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Surplus Property (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Buyers assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury resulting from the removal of purchased items. The Seller shall not be liable for any injury to persons or damage to property arising from the removal process. Buyers are responsible for any damage caused to the building, premises, or common areas during removal.
Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and will take place on:
Friday, March 27: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 28: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Buyers MUST contact rebecca_nelson@pba.edu to coordinate pickup and receive access instructions. If you are unable to pick up your item during the designated dates and times, PLEASE DO NOT BID. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in forfeiture of the item without refund.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
