All items are "as-is, where-is". We are not experts on the items listed: all conditions are best approximations. We encourage customers to make an appointment to physically inspect item(s) before placing bid(s). We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on our part.
This will be a CONTACTLESS PICK UP appointment only. There will not be anyone assisting to load your winnings. If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you will need to bring someone with you.

Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises.
Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. Pick-up hours by appointment only. The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
