WELCOME TO “UCOSURPLUS”
Welcome to “ucosurplus.” We are the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. All our auction items are property/equipment that have been declared surplus to the needs of the University. The items in this auction are in used and untested condition unless otherwise stated. We will do our best to describe the working condition of the item being offered, but there are absolutely no guarantees. These items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” No warranties or guarantees. No refunds. No returns. We do not have the time, equipment, or facilities to fully test our items. Every effort is made to supply all available make/model information for you to research. Please do your own research prior to bidding and ask any questions that may affect your bid.
LOCATION
UCO has a single address for the entire campus, so you must find the Facilities Maintenance building by zooming in or searching for it specifically. It is located on the North end of campus in between the Wellness center and the baseball field. The entrance is on the South end of the building.
BUSINESS HOURS
We are open from 8:00a-5:00p Central Time, Monday through Friday. Please call or email for an appointment to inspect or pick up merchandise during regular business hours. DISCLAIMER OF USAGE
This item is being sold as property/equipment that has been used by faculty/staff on a college campus. We cannot be responsible nor assume any liability for any misuse of this item. By bidding on this item you release “ucosurplus” and any of their associates from any liability resulting from misuse or damages caused by misuse of this item. We reserve the right to refuse sale or service for any reason.

This auction does not include shipping. All items are sold “as is, where is.” Successful winning bidder makes all arrangements for local pickup.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
University of Central Oklahoma may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for University of Central Oklahoma.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
University of Central Oklahoma will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up by appointment only. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
